• Worked on illustrations, designed logos and websites, retouched and photo-manipulated images for books, games and small business use.

 

2008- Present|Specialist/Family Room Specialist/Genius, Apple Store

• Provided technical assistance for small devices (including all iPod, iPhone and iPad models), portables, desktop computers and any related accessories. Performed hardware and software troubleshooting for these devices and offered creative solutions to customers based on their needs.
• Executed repairs in a thorough and efficient manner while giving customers clear explanations and expectations for the repairs on their computers and devices.
• Proposed complete sales solutions for students, families and businesses personalized for their needs, including additional services like One to One Training and MobileMe sync services that complimented their computer and small device usage.
• Offered assistance to my teammates when needed and offered feedback, ideas and constructive criticism to the whole team while we progressed with new initiatives. Created fun yet informative videos, signs and posters to support not only my own team, but also the entire store.

 

2008|Artist, Gamelab

• Created colorful and fantasy like backgrounds for a web-based seek and find game. Created two sets of backgrounds for each stage, one reality based and a mirrored fantasy world.
• Worked closely with other artists and team members to create images that flowed smoothly with the user interface and had the capacity to hold several objects for the audience to find.

 

2006- 2008| Assistant, Advanced Digital Photography Lab, Pratt Institute

• Assisted students with using Photoshop and preparing images for print with large format epson printers (4000, 9600, 7800/9800) with different types of artistic and photography paper. Helped troubleshoot printing and software problems.

 

2005- 2007| Designer, Photo Retoucher, H&H Photographers

• Retouched, enhanced and manipulated client photos, created original album designs for clients. Also designed advertisements for the business in various event publications.
